Xbox Live technical problems resolved

On Friday, users around the world began reporting instances of being disconnected from multiplayer sessions or having trouble accessing Xbox Live.
Larry Hyrb's Major Nelson blog explained: "In the past few hours, the Xbox Operations Centre noticed that a large number of members were disconnected from Xbox Live, some more than once.
"Our engineering teams are actively working to determine the root cause of this issue and to prevent it from happening again."
The final update on the blog read: "I have been informed... that these issues have been resolved. You should have no further problems."
Microsoft is keen to resolve any technical issues affecting Xbox Live ahead of the global dashboard update due to launch this Wednesday.
