Casual games specialist Littleloud has released a free online game based on the BBC's hit show Merlin.
Quest For Motaeus is a flash-based title, putting the player in control of Arthur. The object of the game is to negotiate a perilous cave to seek out the Mortaeus flower, the only remedy that can save an ailing Merlin, who has been poisoned by the evil witch Nimeuh.
In addition to its work in the casual games field, the Brighton-based company also specialises in digital animation. Its 2008 Channel 4 production Bow Street Runner received a BAFTA nomination.
