The Montreal-based developer announced the project’s development at its first-half fiscal 2008-09 conference call this week.
Rumours of a follow-up to last year’s stealth adventure have long been discussed, but now the company has confirmed that they "are working hard on the product".
However, the game may be some time away. An Ubisoft executive refused to confirm a fiscal 2010 release, stating that the sequel will only arrive when there is "more anticipation for it".
