Capcom will release a demo of Resident Evil 5 for the Xbox 360 via Microsoft's online storefront, reports Famitsu.
According to the Japanese games magazine, a demo of the survival horror with multiplayer support will be exclusively available to Gold subscribers on Xbox Live Arcade from December 5.
The publication made no reference to a PlayStation version of the demo, nor did it specify whether this release is specific to Japan only. The full game is set to retail on March 13, 2009.
