'Destroy All Humans' axed on PS3

THQ has announced that it has axed the PS3 version of Destroy All Humans! Path of Furon, but the game will still be released on Xbox 360.

Shacknews quotes a THQ statement indicating that "development issues" motivated the decision to cull the PS3 edition.

The news follows the publishers' decision in January to scrap Destroy All Humans! Big Willy for PlayStation 2 and PSP.

However, the Xbox 360 version of Destroy All Humans! Path of Furon is still scheduled for release in North America on December 1.
