Developer Telltale Games confirmed that a second run of the point-and-click adventure series will add five more episodes to the story.
The Sam & Max games were originally downloadable episodes for the PC, with the first season released last week on the Wii.
Created by Steve Purcell, Sam & Max are a comedy detective duo who also starred in two classic Lucasarts adventures in the early '90s.
The game will be published by Atari late next year.
