Atari: New gamers to shun boxed products
Atari president Phil Harrison has expressed his belief the the next generation of gamers will shun physical boxed products in favour of digital media.

Harrison told Edge: "There's a generation of kids being born today and probably already alive who I'm pretty confident will never buy a physical media product.

"They will never buy a DVD, they will never buy a CD, and they will never buy a game in a box."

Atari chief executive David Gardner recently revealed to MCV that 90% of the publisher's products will be purely online within the next five years.
