'Radiant Silvergun' unlikely for Xbox Live
A port of classic scrolling shooter Radiant Silvergun will be difficult to bring to Xbox Live, according to developer Treasure.

Despite Microsoft requesting the Sega Saturn vertical shooter to come to Xbox Live Arcade, Treasure chairman Masato Maegawa said that it's unlikely.

"I think we'd definitely like to see it out there. But the situation around that game is a bit different from Ikaruga, so I don't know if we'd see it on Live," he told Gamasutra.

H said that technical issues are the main reason behind the doubts, explaining: "If you play Radiant Silvergun nowadays, it's certainly aged in assorted ways, and I'm not sure they're all good."

Treasure has already released Dreamcast classic Ikaruga on Xbox Live, and has been working on Sin & Punishment 2 for the Wii.
