Administrators have said that there has been "strong interest" in Free Radical Design.

The developer, which went into administration last month, has attracted potiental investors from around the world.

Cameron Gunn of ReSolve Partners told GamesIndustry.biz: "At this stage interest has been very strong… We're advertising the business and assets for sale and there's been some significant interest expressed from all over the world, so we're now in the process of exploring that interest."

He added that the company could be split up into assets to generate more funds but he is "hopeful" that it can be sold as a whole.

Based in Nottingham, Free Radical Design is most renowned for its work on the TimeSplitters series, as well as Haze for PS3.
