'World Of Goo' publisher goes bankrupt

The Ohio-based company, which largely publishes casual and educational games, filed for bankruptcy last week, but has yet to formally announce it.
Under the terms of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, companies remain in control of their assets while they re-organise their business.
Brighter Minds most famously oversaw the North American distribution of the critically-acclaimed World Of Goo and also sells a number of its titles on its Beanstalk Games site.
