Developed by Sega of Japan under the guidance of famed designer Shigeru Miyamoto, the title will feature all-new games for the winter event, complete with multiplayer, new characters and Wii Balance Board compatibility.
It will be the successor to Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games, which became the fifth highest-selling game of 2008, according to ELSPA/Gfk-ChartTrack.
The game will be released later this year in time for the Vancouver-hosted games next February.
