'Guild Wars 2' delayed until 2010
Published Monday, Feb 16 2009, 16:28 GMT | By Liam Martin

The long awaited sequel to Guild Wars was announced in 2007, with beta testing due to take place last year, reports CVG.
The delay followed the publication of Guild Wars publisher NCsoft's yearly financial report, which revealed that profits for the South Korean company fell by 40% in 2008.
The slump in profits is thought to be due to the delay of another NCsoft MMORPG, with Aion: The Tower Of Eternity now due to launch at the end of 2009.
