New 'King Of Fighters' for the 360 & PS3

The King Of Fighters XII, which is being developed by SNK Playmore, will be granted a July release for the Xbox 360 and the PS3.
In addition to having 20 characters and the series' customary 3-on-3 team battles, KOFXII will receive a complete graphical overhaul, with a hand-drawn art style being adopted.
"While other fighting games have abandoned the time-consuming process of creating beautiful 2D art, KOFXII fully embraces the refined aesthetic beauty that only human hands can produce," said Ignition Entertainment's Shane Bettenhausen.
The King Of Fighters XII marks the 15-year anniversary of the franchise, and will be the first time it has appeared on the next generation of consoles.
