'GTA' DLC on course for 2m sales
Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost And The Damned is expected to sell 2 million copies by the end of the year, according to investment analyst Michael Pachter.

According to Edge Online, the Wedbush Morgan analyst has stated that the DLC has already sold 1m copies, a figure that "will likely double" by the end of the year.

Pachter also predicts that the next episode in the downloadable series will be released at the beginning of Take-Two's fiscal year in November, and that a brand new GTA title will launch in 2010.

Pachter expects the next GTA title to generate 50% more profit than GTA IV, due to an increased console userbase.

Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost And The Damned, which was released on February 17, has already reportedly broken the first day revenue record on Xbox Live.
