Developed by Kojima Productions, Metal Gear Solid Touch will be released throughout Europe on Thursday at a cost of £3.49.
According to the publisher, the game "covers the final chapter in the legendary saga of Solid Snake" as part of an "intuitive touch-based shooting" experience.
The storyline follows events from Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots as Old Snake fights against the Private Military Companies, Haven Troopers, Gekko units and the bosses of the Beauty and Beast Corps.
During 20 levels, players will travel across the Middle East, South America, Eastern Europe and Shadow Moses to fight familiar enemies from the series.
