'Brutal Legend' dated for October

The game will be released on October 13 in the US, and October 16 in Europe for both 360 and PS3, according to Eurogamer.
The musical adventure, which was picked up by EA following the Vivendi and Activision merger, will feature voice work by Jack Black.
It has been developed by Double Fine, studio of legendary designer Tim Schafter, whose previous works include Monkey Island, Day Of The Tentacle, Grim Fandango and Psychonauts.
There are also rumours that a Wii version has been in the works.
