New 'Star Wars' game announced

Entitled The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes, it is scheduled for release on DS, Wii, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 on September 15, 2009.
According to early reports, the game will be set in between episode one and two of the main Star Wars films, with playable characters including Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Mace Windu and Kit Fisto.
Alongside co-operative play, gamers will also get to wield some of the Jedi force powers featured in the Star Wars Universe.
