Guinness announces gaming world records

Bestseller Wii Fit
During the E3 expo, Guinness handed Shigeru Miyamoto the record for Best Selling Game, with Wii Sports selling 45.7 million units over the last year.
Major Nelson and Mark Whitten from Xbox Live hold the record for Most Popular Online Console Service, commanding 67% of the total install base as of May 2009.
Blizzard’s Mike Morhaime and Paul Sams were handed awards for World Of Warcraft and Starcraft, which won Most Popular MMORPG and Best Selling PC Strategy Game respectively.
Bethesda’s Todd Howard took the gong for Best Selling Multi-Platform RPG with Fallout 3, while Infinity Ward bagged the Most Played Online Video Game record for Call Of Duty 4. Charles and Kai Huang of Red Octane were also honoured for Guitar Hero's phenomenal sales.
The Guinness World Records 2010 Gamers' Edition will be available early next year.
