Scheduled for June 20-21, the London expo has been moved toward the end of the year due to a change in venue, according to MCV.
Originally in the Olympia National Hall, it will now be in Earls Court Arena, which will make the event "bigger and better", a spokesperson said.
Tickets purchased for next week can be fully refunded on the official website.
The expo and eSports event, sponsored by HMV, was expected to have more than 20,000 attendees over the weekend, with Nintendo confirmed as an exhibitioner.
