'The Sims 3' retains PC lead

The top four titles remain the same as last week, leaving Football Manager 2009 in second and Empire: Total War in third.
Sci-fi sandbox title Prototype makes its debut in fifth, while Grand Theft Auto IV makes a speedy return to the fold at nine.
