'Wii Sports Resort' strong in Japan
Wii Sports Resort has sold 350,000 copies in its opening week in Japan.

Released on June 25, the sales made it the third most successful Wii launch, according to the Financial Times.

The game comes with the latest Wii peripheral - the MotionPlus - which will increase accuracy and offer 1:1 movement during play.

As well as archery, biking, table tennis and basketball, updated versions of bowling and golf also make a return.

The original Wii Sports went on to become the biggest-selling game of all time.
