New 'Zelda' won't be
Shigeru Miyamoto has said that the next Wii Zelda will not be "radically different" from others in the series.

The designer told US magazine Nintendo Power that the game, which is expected to be released in 2010, will not take the franchise in a new direction.

He is quoted as saying: "I don’t think it’s going to be that radically different."

Although the console launched with Twilight Princess, this will be the first in the series developed specifically with motion control in mind, with earlier reports suggesting that it will have new features for a casual audience.

Miyamoto has been with Nintendo for over 40 years, creating Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong and Nintendogs.
