Mixed martial arts title UFC 2009: Undisputed is its closest challenger in second, while Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen climbs one place to take third.
Activision's Prototype finds itself wedged in between two new entries in fifth, with the latest Tiger Woods game above it in fourth and Call Of Juarez below in sixth.
