World Of Warcraft: Mobile Armory is free to download via the App Store. It allows players to keep track of their character, plan adventures, monitor the activities of their guild, and provides full access to in-game stats.
It has been rumoured that Blizzard is planning to release a scaled-down version of the popular MMO for the iPhone, with speculation suggesting that the new app is part of the firm's strategy to build up a presence on the Apple device ahead of its launch.
World Of Warcraft currently holds 62% of the MMO market, as well as the Guinness World Record for most popular MMO. Two expansions have been released for the game to date - The Burning Crusade in 2007 and Wrath Of The Lich King in November last year.
