It will add several features announced at this year’s E3, including an Avatar Marketplace and an updated, cleaner look.
It will also launch the Games-On-Demand service, with Mass Effect, Assassin’s Creed and BioShock as confirmed launch titles.
Social networking integration with Facebook, Twitter and Last.fm will not be included, but will arrive in a second update later this year, according to G4TV.
The worldwide update will arrive on August 11.
