The sampler version of the game allows players to embark on a 30-minute crime spree across the city to raise $5000 to pay off mob boss Frankie before midnight.
"Car Jack Streets has been a great success for TAG both on mobile and iPhone platforms. With the release of the Lite version we now look forward to inviting a much wider audience of iPhone and iPod Touch users to enjoy the game," said TAG's managing director Paul Farley.
The full game features a vast open city to explore, real time gameplay with day and night cycles, an unlimited number of missions and a global ranking system.
Car Jack Streets and Car Jack Streets Lite are now available to download via the App Store.
