Weaver, Rodriguez to voice 'Avatar' game
Sigourney Weaver and Michelle Rodriguez will lend their voices to the video game based on James Cameron's upcoming film Avatar.

The actresses will reprise their roles from the movie, with Weaver voicing Dr Grace Augustine and Rodriguez playing helicopter pilot Trudy Chacon. The latter will not appear in the Nintendo Wii version.

Stephen Lang has also been confirmed to play the title's antagonist Colonel Quaritch in the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, while Giovanni Ribisi will appear as Parker Selfridge in the Wii version only.

A trailer for the game will be released on August 21, but it has not been confirmed whether it will feature the voice cast.

James Cameron's Avatar is released in cinemas on December 18.
