'Yakuza 3' not coming to the west?

After the second game sold just 40,000 copies in the US, Sega said that a western release has been ruled out, according to Examiner.
However, the firm later insisted that it has not made "official statements" and that it has yet to reveal any release details.
Sega has also not committed to bringing the game to Europe,Eurogamer reports.
Yakuza, an action-adventure series that follows organised crime syndicates in Japan, has sold millions of copies in Japan and is regarded by some as the spiritual successor to the Shenmue series.
