'WOW' recieves further cuts in China
World Of Warcraft has relaunched in China, with a number of changes made to its content.

The Chinese version is currently in BETA form following the move to a new online operator NetEase.

However, according to Wired, the Chinese government has replaced bones with sandbags, skulls and severed head icons have been replaced by boxes, while the colour of blood has changed from red to black.

The government had previously fleshed out undead characters in a move to ensure that the title promoted a healthy online gaming environment.
