Play.com and ShopTo.net state that the game will include the original Fable II and the Knothole Island and See The Future downloadable content for release on September 18.
The edition, which will come in green packaging, will also change age certificates from BBFC 15 to PEGI 16.
The game should be formally announced at Microsoft and Lionhead's joint GamesCom conference in Germany on Wednesday.
