It will be structured around ruling the world of Albion, where choices will impact the entire kingdom.
Players will be able to "eradicate poverty" within select areas of the game by using their wealth or keep it for themselves.
Referring to the teasers last week, Molyneux said that the studio looked at rulers throughout history such as Queen Victoria, Caesar and Genghis Khan for inspiration.
New mechanics will be introduced for the title, such as Judgements , which will decide the fate of individual citizens, and Touches, which will allow a more emotional and physical element to greeting and helping people.
Gamers will play as the son or daughter of the hero from Fable II, while environments and characters from the series will make a return.
More details of the game were revealed as part of Microsoft's press conference at gamescom 2009.
