Several FCC reports, which date back to earlier this year, show both the announced 120GB model and a 250GB version currently under manufacture, according to PS3 News.
Sony reportedly hid the listing under a company called Sand Dollar Enterprise, represented by a SCEA board member.
It has been speculated that the model will be announced at this year's Tokyo Game Show.
Sony announced a slim version of the PS3 at their press conference at gamescom 2009.
