Konami's 'Castlevania: Rebirth' rated
Published Monday, Sep 14 2009, 09:06 BST | By Liam Martin

The title was discovered after it received an age certificate from the ESRB, the North American ratings board.
The game, which will be released as a Wiiware download, was given a Teen rating, due to the blood the player emits when dying, as well as the blood on various spikes and spears throughout the levels.
Castlevania The Adventure Rebirth follows Gradius: Rebirth and the recently-released Contra: Rebirth for the Wii.
