'Champ Manager' tops the PC league

The Sims 3 drops one place to second, above Empire: Total War, which climbs three spots to third.
In the lower echelons of the chart, The Sims 2: Double Deluxe jumps four places to re-enter at eight, while Section 8 makes its debut at nine.
