Bioshock 2, which is set ten years after the original, will be released on all available formats from February 9, 2010.
The sequel to the 2007 title Bioshock sees players assume the role of a Big Daddy, who enters the ruins of Rapture following a series of kidnappings involving young girls.
The game also features a new multiplayer mode, which uncovers the history behind the fall of Rapture.
Bioshock 2 is due to be released for the 360, PS3 and PC.
