The Britpop group's 'Song 2' will be included on the game's soundtrack, with band members Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree playing the song as Lego versions of themselves.
David Bowie, Brian May and Iggy Pop have already been confirmed as playable characters. The latter also voices the in-game tutorials.
Lego Rock Band is due for release on the 360, PS3, Wii and DS on November 27.
