According to CVG, the 'Miracle Pack' and 'Apocalyptic Pack' are mentioned in the demo files, as well as the names of the original Left 4 Dead survivors, who could be made available as playable characters.
However, according to Kotaku, Valve's Chet Faliszek denied the existence of DLC at this stage, saying that the uncovered packs were simply test codes.
"If you're reading in the forums and you're reading about the "Miracle" DLC or whatever, that's test code. To get tested through Microsoft certification we had to do test scenarios with DLC.
"We haven't actually come out internally with what we're going to do yet."
A list of Xbox 360 Avatar awards were also uncovered from the PC demo files earlier in the week, with T-shirts, garden gnomes and frying pans all available to unlock.
Left 4 Dead 2 is due to be released for the PC and 360 on November 17.
