
Bethesda's Fallout 3 has won two accolades at the 27th Golden Joystick Awards, including the prestigious 'Ultimate Game Of The Year'.
At a ceremony held last Friday in London, the post-apocalyptic role-playing game took the top prize, along with 'Best PC Game'.
Following over 1.2 million public votes submitted across 15 different categories, Activision's Call Of Duty: World At War was awarded 'Best Multiplayer Game' and 'Best Nintendo Game'. The forthcoming COD: Modern Warfare 2 was also named 'One To Watch' for the future.
Gears Of War 2 took 'Best Xbox Game', Killzone 2 received 'Best PS3 Game' and Valve's Left 4 Dead scooped the 'Best Online Title'.
Elsewhere, Activision Blizzard was named 'Publisher Of The Year' and RuneScape studio Jagex received the '2009 UK Developer' award.
