Football Manager 2010 has made its debut at the top of the all-format chart.
Sega's long-running management sim is closely followed by Nintendo's Wii Fit Plus in second, with FIFA 10 remaining third.
Last week's number one Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 drops four places to fifth, above new entry Grand Theft Auto Episodes - Liberty City in sixth.
Lower down in the top ten sees the sixth instalment of Tekken debut at eight, above Borderlands and Wii Sports Resort.
