'Football Manager' claims PC prize

Post-apocolyptic shooter Borderlands debuts in second, above last week's number one and perpetual high-flyer The Sims 3 in third.
The lower end of the chart sees this week's third new release and third football management title FIFA Manager 10 debut at eight, above last week's number two Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 in ninth.
