In an interview with TGL, Shawn Lee, who provided the soundtrack for the original, announced that he is on board for the second instalment in the Rockstar Games series, which is known as Bully outside of Europe.
"It looks like I will be doing the soundtrack for Bully 2 in the not so distant future," he told the website.
Canis Canem Edit was originally released as a PlayStation 2 exclusive in 2006, selling over a million copies. A special Scholarship Edition arrived for Xbox 360, PC and Wii last year.
It has previously been speculated that the follow-up game will follow protagonist Jimmy through his college years.
