The group, including Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl, Queens Of The Stone Age guitarist Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin bass player John Paul Jones, formed in Los Angeles earlier in the year.
On November 17, their first single New Fang will become available for Xbox 360 versions of Rock Band and Lego Rock Band, priced at 160 Microsoft Points. The group's self-titled debut album will be released on the same day.
New Fang will then be made available for the Wii on November 24, priced at 200 Wii Points, and on the PS3 on December 3 for 99p.
"Them Crooked Vultures are keenly aware of the different ways in which modern music fans digest new music and are therefore especially happy to be able to offer the first single from their self-titled debut up as a downloadable Rock Band game track on the same day the album goes on sale," said the group in a statement.
