'AvP' dedicated servers confirmed

The studio was previously tight-lipped on whether it would provide the service. In a previous interview with CVG, senior producer David Brickley remained non-commital when quizzed on the issue.
"The game is still quite a way from release so I guess there are other things to be determined during that time," he said.
However, CEO Jason Kingsley has now confirmed that the title will be bolstered by the online feature.
"Despite rumours, Rebellion has always been planning to support dedicated servers for Aliens Vs. Predator PC and we can now officially confirm that this is the case. Rebellion has always appreciated fan support," he told GI.
"We're really looking forward to the release of Aliens Vs. Predator as much as you guys are."
Aliens Vs. Predator will be released for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in February next year.
