Scriptwriter confirms 'Far Cry 3'

Far Cry 2 writer Kevin Shortt was asked whether he will return to work on a sequel, to which he responded that he will not but it is in the works.
"No I'm not," he told Official PlayStation Magazine. "But I know the team are and what I've seen looks pretty exciting."
No other details were mentioned of the project, including a possible release date.
The Far Cry series began life on the PC in 2004 and received a multi-platform sequel in 2008.
