The game stars multi-award-winning actor Martin Sheen, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Seth Green, Chuck duo Yvonne Strahovski and Adam Baldwin, and Keith David (Crash).
Seasoned sci-fi actors including Star Trek's Michael Dorn, Battlestar Galactica pair Tricia Helfer and Michael Hogan, and The Matrix's Carrie-Anne Moss will also feature.

"Credible, powerful personalities are vital to delivering a compelling story experience in BioWare's games, and we have assembled an amazing ensemble cast that surpasses the very high bar set in the original Mass Effect."
Sheen has been cast as the Illusive Man, a mysterious military leader who commands a secretive paramilitary organisation dedicated to protecting human interests in the galaxy. Strahovski plays Miranda Lawson, one of the group's operatives.
Seth Green and Keith David will reprise their roles from the original game, as Joker and Admiral David Anderson respectively. Tricia Helfer plays EDI, the voice of the new Normandy, while Carrie-Ann Moss stars as galactic crimelord Aria T'Loak.
Completing the roster are Shohreh Aghdashloo as Admiral Shala'Raan vas Tonbay, Michael Hogan as Captain Bailey, Adam Baldwin as Kal 'Reegar, and Michael Dorn as Gatatog Uvenk.
Mass Effect 2 is released for PS3, PC and Xbox 360 on January 26, 2010 in North America. It arrives in Europe on January 29.
