Fallout 3
Namco will distribute the game, which is a sequel to 2008's Fallout 3, in PAL regions including New Zealand and Australia.
Sean Brennan, MD of Zenimax, said: "Fallout: New Vegas builds upon the immersive gaming experience that made Fallout 3 the 2008 game of the year.
"We are extremely happy to be able to offer Fallout fans with another premium gaming experience."
Fallout: New Vegas is due to be released for the 360, PS3 and PC later this year.
