The video game company recently hyped the upcoming shooter, saying that it would "rival Assassin's Creed as our biggest game of fiscal year '11".
Future Soldier, which is scheduled for a worldwide release this Christmas, will feature "cutting-edge technology, prototype high-tech weaponry, and state-of-the-art single-player and multiplayer modes".
Ubisoft also revealed plans to launch a multiplayer beta this summer, with a limited number of invitations available with purchases of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction for the Xbox 360.
Splinter Cell Conviction is due to be released on the Xbox 360 and PC in April.
