According to HMV's website, the title is a 'driving game' slated for release on PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.
Bloodstone is thought to be the Bizarre Creations Bond title that was announced in 2008. The game is unlikely to be tied to a movie due to concerns over the future of film studio MGM.
It has also been rumoured that soap star Adam Croasdell will play the seminal spy in the game. In an interview with the BBC last year, the actor said: "Oddly enough I have just played James Bond in the new James Bond video game - how weird is that?
"I don't know what the future holds, but I'm always into varying up what comes my way, trying new things... I think video games and the making of that type of technology, being in a funny one-piece suit and being shot with 60 cameras, I think that's sort of the future."
An official announcement regarding James Bond: Bloodstone is expected soon.
