First 'Alan Wake' episode to be free

All copies will have access to future downloadable content, expected to arrive before the end of the year, that will bridge the game and a sequel together.
Remedy Entertainment's Oskari Häkkinen told DS in an interview earlier this year: "We are going to do DLC, but it'll be a bridge from season one to season two. Consider it to be a special, like a Christmas or Easter special, so we'll do a couple of DLCs which will bridge these two stories to continue season one to season two."
It is uncertain whether the episode will be accessible via a redeemable code or through the disc.
Alan Wake will launch on May 14 for Xbox 360.
