According to CVG, Jaffe made the comments in response to analyst Michael Pachter seemingly confirming the sequel on Gametrailer's Bonus Round.
Jaffe tweeted: "Amused & surprised people not seeing Pachter's comment as the joke it was. Hell I don't care. Come E3 I'll be sitting rite here at my mac (sic)."
Jaffe, whose company Eat Sleep Play has an exclusivity deal with Sony, has long hinted at a new Twisted Metal game, but has continually denied that it is in the pipeline.
